Eusebio Alejandre, Sr., 69, died Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at his residence in Hereford.
A Rosary is scheduled for 6:30 pm, Thursday, September 27, 2012 in Hereford Heritage Funeral Home Chapel of Memories.
A Funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm, Friday, September 28, 2012 at San José Catholic Church with Deacon Rick Mendez as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Hereford Heritage Funeral Home, 411 E 6th Street.
Eusebio was born March 5, 1943 in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, to Joaquín and Inez Turrubiates Alejandre. He has been a resident of the Hereford community since 1954. Eusebio was a heavy equipment operator and worked for Bar G Feedlot for 25 years. He liked to BBQ with his family and friends, listen to music and watch western movies. Eusebio was a member of La Iglesia De San José Catholic Church.
Eusebio was preceded in death by his parents, wife Josefina, one daughter, Janie Inez Alejandre, one son, Alfredo Alejandre and one brother, Ponciano Alejandre.
Survivors include one son, Eusebio Alejandre, Jr., four sisters, María Balderrama, Carmen Alejandre, Ninfa Alejandre all of Hereford, Rosario Ortiz of Amarillo, six brothers, Bernabé, Martín, Joe, Eldephonso all of Hereford, Joaquín of San Antonio, Nestor of Corpus Christie, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Hereford Dialysis Center, 533 N. 25 Mile Avenue, Hereford, Texas 79045.
